We are thrilled that Scottish Ballet’s Oxymore, directed by
Michael Sherrington, has been selected for Manchester
Film Festival 2021. Initially commissioned for Edinburgh Festival 2020, Oxymore is an inquisitive re-
imagining of Sophie Laplane’s choreography, all filmed in Scottish Ballet’s technical workshop during
lockdown.
